A protein-rich and flavorful stuffed flatbread that pairs perfectly with curd, pickle, or chutney. Knead 1 cup wheat flour with water to make a soft dough. Prepare the stuffing by mixing 1/2 cup sattu, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 chopped green chili, 2 tbsp mustard oil, and salt.
